travaux.co.il is operated by [Operator name and osek / company no.] (the "Operator"), the owner of the database collected through the site. Contact: contact@travaux.co.il.
What we collect
When you submit a request: trade, property type, region and city, job description, estimated budget (if given), name, phone, email (if given) and preferred language. When a professional signs up: business name, contact person, contact details, osek number, trades, areas and languages. We also collect anonymous usage statistics.
How we use it
To pass your request to suitable professionals; to contact you about your request; to improve the service; and to send marketing updates only if you explicitly opted in. You are not legally required to provide this data, but without contact details we can't handle your request.
Sharing with professionals
Your request and contact details are shared with no more than 3 professionals relevant to the trade and area, only with your explicit consent in the form. Professionals may use them solely to quote for your request. We do not sell or rent lists.
Service providers
Data is stored with cloud providers (such as Google and Cloudflare), which may store it outside Israel, under standard security measures.
Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may access, correct or delete your data and unsubscribe from marketing at any time: contact@travaux.co.il.

The site uses a cookie-less analytics tool, and browser local storage only to remember your accessibility settings.
